What types of payment are accepted?
We offer 2 types of payments; Pay-Pal and by credit/debit. You may choose between these options in your cart at checkout.
Does Rain & Moonwater ship outside Canada? How much is shipping?
Currently we ship within Canada, the USA, UK and Australia. We currently only offer a flat rate for standard shipping (7-14 Business days). Shipments may take longer depending on where you are located.
We are working to offer shipping to those else where in the world. Please email us if you have a direct request and we can do our best to help.
Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?
We are not currently able to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. We will do our best to assist you as we can, and apologize for the inconvenience.
If you refuse a shipment from Rain & Moonwater, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees, duties, and taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Rain & Moonwater. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
What if Something I Like is Sold Out? Will it Come Back in Stock?
Because each item is hand-crafted for a specific collection, we are not able to re-stock sold out items. However, if an item is proven very popular, it is likely we will do a second run of it or include the item in our next collection when materials are available. If you've fallen in love with an item that is no longer available, please get in contact with us and we may be able to work some magic!
